British Airways Premium Economy Review

Got a full taste of the good and the bad on this one as I climbed aboard a British Airways Boeing 787 Dreamliner, bound for sunny Dubai. Overall, a decent flight with British Airways. That said, the cabins aboard the 787 are starting to show their age with the same hard product now in place for around 10 years. On the plus side, the food onboard was excellent during the main service! I mentioned an important point during the review around status earning with the Premium Economy cabin. To earn Business Class lounge access and many other perks, 600 tier points is required. A one way flight from Heahtrow to Dubai nets 90 in Premium Economy vs the 20 or 35 in economy (depending on ticket type). Over the course of a few flights, this difference really stacks up and will go a long way to ensuring higher levels of status. On the internet package front, the costs can scale up depending on length of use, this can typically be around £15 for the higher end option for the full flight.
