It's always disappointing when things don't go as planned, but we can keep a positive attitude in the midst of it. Today's DITL certainly didn't go as planned. My workout took longer than expected, I wasn't able to accomplish a to do that has been on my list for quite a while, and then a stomach ache derailed my afternoon! But after a nap I was able to get my porch refreshed, do some laundry, order groceries, clean the kitchen, and prep dinner! I hope this video brings you some motivation today!
