Digging Potatoes in Wisconsin | Potato Harvest 2025 In this video I visit Flyte Family Farms in the Wisconsin Central Sands area as they are digging small potatoes. In this Video I show the entire process as they dig, windrow and load the potatoes on trucks in the field them haul them back to the farm and put them into cold storage. Lots of different equipment in this video getting the job done. Two Case IH 250 Tractors are pulling Spudnik 6160 potato windrowers and a Case IH 340 Magnum Tractor is pulling a Spudnik 6631 Air Sep Potato Harvester. Also in the video you will see lots of different trucks hauling the crop from field to farm and a NICE Steiger Panther III ST310 Tractor in the field with a Safe T Pull.
