I'm using fully augmented Jagras Hacker III and Leviathan's Fury with their respective optimized mix set to beat Kushala Daora under 2 minutes. Now, why I chose both GS? Because both of them are considered the best in early release. Also, I'm kind of bored, farming Kulve with no result is driving me nuts. Oh, and why I picked Kushala? Because he's the easiest to stagger. Jagras Hacker III review: This GS is one of the best by far. Easy to make, high raw damage, 0% affinity, non-elemental, three augment slots, and two lv3 jewel slots. With three augments, you can pick whatever augment that you like to make a better GS of your version. Also two lv3 jewel slots, it makes this GS flexible with all kind of mix set you can come up with. I myself have four mix set just for this GS. Because it's non-elemental, you can add elementless jewel to power up this GS further. It has blue sharpness max, so handicraft is useless for this GS, unless you just want to add more sharpness. The last is it design is meh, no wonder most people said this GS is bad (in design), although I don't really care about the design as long as it can deliver super blows to the monsters. Leviathan's Fury review: This one is also one of the best in early release. High raw damage (even higher than Jagras Hacker III), 0% affinity, pretty high dragon elemental, average elder seal power, and sharpness that can be upgraded to white. The design is awesome, that's why it's also one of my favorite by far. It has one lv2 slot which is fine, you can still make a number of mix set for this GS. Although the downside that it has only one augment slot so you must pick what you feel right and you can only make it at near the end of the story quest. So you might need to choose other GS first. Overall performance: Jagras Hacker III Optional Quest ★8 High Rank Quest: Master of the Gale Monster: Kushala Daora Kill time: 01'52"21 Leviathan's Fury Optional Quest ★8 High Rank Quest: The Winds of Wrath Bite Deep Monster: Kushala Daora Kill time: 01'53"01 Both GS have pretty much the same strength to deliver the blows by increased their potentials with their respective skills, peak performance for Jagras Hacker III and handicraft for Leviathan's Fury. So I can't tell which one is better honestly. Of course this one is just for Kushala Daora's case.
