We spoke to Alberto and Will from Teenage Engineering about their field series of small format devices that allow for compact recording without sacrificing quality. We recorded the audio straight to camera with the CM15 microphone, and a party started right behind us in the middle of the interview, still the microphone performed extremely well under these conditions, so much in fact that when Alberto mentions the noise you can barely hear the kick drum that was so loud I had to hold my tripod firmly to ground to stop the sensor vibration!
