I really enjoy The Proclaimers, and when I realized I could rework their most famous song to be about two twins, I knew I was going to have to do it at some point. Donald and Douglas only have a handful of episodes, so I had to use every bit of footage I could find and get a bit crafty with the editing. Rewriting the lyrics was surprisingly easy! I only had to change a couple lines to fit the Thomas context. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Andrew Durning, AKA @TheGingerEngine for recording the vocals for this song! He was able to record the song twice over for the lead and backing vocals respectively. He improved on many of the rhythms I struggled with writing, and gave an excellent performance!
