For this brief Rig Rundown we are at Alvernia University for the 2025 IM ABLE BASH. "The mission of the IM ABLE Foundation is simple. We remove obstacles that keep people with challenges on the sidelines, providing them access to programs and equipment tailored to their needs and a community of all abilities to support them. " We were brought in two years ago for this event because there are many moving parts such as speeches and live donations. In the past, patrons complained of not being able to hear key parts of the event. Since we have been on board this is no longer an issue and the organizers have been ecstatic with the audio and general presentation we have provided. We used our Danley SM80 last year and while they did a great job, the J7 does it is on a grander scale. While I captured the short video, the team was working on final prep such as taping down lines and tidying up. And no, the orange extension cords are not ours! I would have loved to capture more video but the level and demand of many events we do and time does not permit it. No one wants to see the "sound guy" walking around with a camera when they should be tending to their mix.
