After 10 years, Bob is back—and he’s finally wrapping up his trilogy. But this time… something about Bob just isn’t the same. Hard to say. What started as a simple screen test accidentally turned into a full-blown experiment to see if AI could bring Bob to life and tell stories I never could’ve pulled off on my own. Everything was created using Sora and Kling AI. Sora handled the puppet look and animation logic perfectly (watermarks and all), while Kling stepped in to extend the scenes Sora couldn’t finish. This entire thing took 13 days and 671 render attempts—and yes, AI tried very hard to reinvent the trucks, gear, and personnel every other scene. Consistency was a battle, but I did my best to keep most of the apparatus and crew looking the same throughout. This is my first attempt at telling a full story with AI—so grab a bowl of Petrosorb and get ready to enjoy.
