I fully paid for the bike. I use the bike everyday for food delivery. Bike arived with marks on. The manual says the battery should have a red light while charging and green when fully charge but it does not. The charger however does have a red light when charging and a green light when fully charged. I got intouch with the seller and i been offered a bike bag for free due to the the marks on the bike. I have acepted the offer and now just waiting on the bag to arrive. Customer service so far seems good. The only thing i dont like about the bike so far is having to reach out to the middle of the handlebars to change the pedal mode also there is no electric only mode you need to buy that as a extra. The same if you want a mode switch near the handgrip on your handlebars. Also you can only go up a mode until level 5 then goback to level 1 you can not go back a mode. I am guessing that is why this bike has been reduced to £999.99. If it was not for this i would given this bike 5 out of 5. The bike handles steep hills very well in level 5 and 4 less steep. I find level 1 to 3 a bit pointless for myself i am a very fit person so not needed. I only use the battery mode on hills or when i am on food delivery.
