知高圳，最初為清代修築的水圳，水源來自筏子溪。日治初期改建為水泥圳道，修築水圳橋、涵洞及暗渠等水道設施，以灌溉台中南屯、烏日及大肚地區的農田。知高圳步道沿著水圳而行，平緩好走，是一條適合全家老少郊遊路線。 Zhigaozhen was originally built in the Qing Dynasty. The water source came from Fazi Creek. In the early days of Japanese govenment jperiod, it was rebuilt into a cement irrigation canal, the waterway facilities such as water bridges, culverts were built to irrigate farmland in Nantun, Wuri, and Datu areas in Taichung.The Zhigaozhen Trail runs along irrigation canal, which is gentle and easy to walk.
