Join Tobias Møhl and William Traver as they tour Tobias's October 2024 exhibition, "Intentionally Accidental." This exhibition showcases Møhl’s newest collections of intricately decorated bowls and lightboxes, each containing tall, silhouetted vessels that appear weightless. Adorned with delicate, lacy line work reminiscent of spontaneous line drawings, these vessels are created using traditional Venetian cane techniques. The swirling, overlapping patterns evoke a graceful sense of fluidity, balance, and form, demonstrating Møhl’s meticulous attention to detail, refinement, and dedication to his craft. Complementing these works is an impressive new lighting installation composed of multiple glass components, adding an additional dimension of light and form to this elegant and visually dynamic exhibition. Møhl’s glasswork has been widely recognized and is included in prestigious collections such as The Corning Museum of Glass (NY), Memorial Art Gallery (NY), Museum of Arts and Design (NY), Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe (Germany), and The Danish Museum of Decorative Art (Denmark), as well as numerous public and private collections across Europe and the United States. He continues to work and teach in his studio in Ebeltoft, Denmark.
