We honestly wish the Bluetti AC500 delivered the way we wanted it to. Not only did the unit fail DURING our testing, it also just straight up doesn't make sense to purchase. The B300S battery from Bluetti has no real issues, and it's actually pretty cool! But both our AC300 and our AC500 are now paperweights, and before they were paper weights, they were confusing to say the least. We are disappointed, and would love to see Bluetti redeem themselves in the future. Until then, we would recommend the Delta Pro or Delta Pro Ultra depending on your needs!
