Now cook this on pressure for 20minutes. In second pressure cooker add 200g wheat soaked 200g rice soaked and 250g green moong daal soaked, add 1/2 liter water and cook on pressure for 20 minutes. Once cooked, blend the daal mixture with blender until it gets smooth paste like consistency. use a wood spoon to break the pieces and then mix it with blended daal mixture. Now mix both well with spoon and after mixing use blender to mix it. Now taste it and if you feel salt and spices are less then add 2 tsp black pepper and salt as per taste. Now for kebabs 750g beef Mince 2 TSP Green Chili Paste 2 TBSP Chopped Onions 2 TBSP Besan Powder 1 TSP Salt 1 TSP Red Chili Powder 1 TSP Garam Masala. Mix it well and make kebabs as shown in video. Now Fry the kebabs as shown in the video in desi ghee and add half fried kebabs in hareesa mixture we made and keep half aside. For tarka ( 375g spinach and 2 TBSP green chilies chopped). Boil spinach and make its paste and mix with green chilies. Now in the same pan in which kebabs were fried add this mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once cooked the tarka is ready and add onto hareesa and mix well. Now hareesa is ready to be served, add in a plate and add the fried kebabs on top and servi
