I forgot to use the Pomodoro method this time! Will do it on the next video. I am still going to grief (and pain management) counseling and trying to work through my mourning. It hits me harder on some days and I have extremes of not wanting to do anything to staying hyper busy. But as you will see…working in the house organizing and decluttering helps so much.
