素蠔油杏鮑菇西蘭花(純素) 材料: 1. 西蘭花 一大棵 2. 杏鮑菇 兩大條 3. 杞子 約十五粒 4. 薑 兩片 5. 水 調味料: 1. 鹽 半茶匙 2. 糖 半茶匙 3. 豉油 一湯匙 芡汁 : 1. 素蠔油 一湯匙 2. 豉油 一湯匙 3. 菇粉 半茶匙 4. 糖 半茶匙 5. 生粉 少許 做法: 1. 杞子洗淨浸軟 2. 先將西蘭花洗淨,切去莖部。 3. 杏鮑菇切成厚片 ,然後在表面切成格子形狀 。 4. 西蘭花加2湯匙煮約7分鐘,盛起。 5. 冷鑊下油燒熱,冒煙後轉小火,將杏鮑菇煎至兩面金黃, 加入豉油,糖及少許水,略煮後盛起。 6. 將杞子略炒,放入芡汁煮至收汁,淋上杏鮑菇及西蘭花上,即可。 King Oyster Mushroom and Broccoli with Vegan Oyster Mushroom Sauce (Vegan-friendly) Ingredients: 1. Broccoli 1 big pc 2. King Oyster Mushroom 2 thick pcs 3. Goji Berries around 15 pcs 4. Ginger 2 slices 5. Water Seasonings: 1. Salt ½ tsp 2. Sugar ½ tsp 3. Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Sauce: 1. Vegan Mushroom Soy Sauce 1 tbsp 2. Soy Sauce 1 tbsp 3. Mushroom Powder ½ tsp 4. Sugar ½ tsp 5. Corn Starch Method: 1. Wash and Soak Goji Berries for awhile 2. Wash the Broccoli, and remove the stem 3. Cut the King Oyster Mushrooms into thick slices, and cut a cross-hatch pattern on top 4. Steam broccolis with 2tbsp of water for 7mins, set aside 5. Heat the oil in pan, turn to low heat when oil start to smoke, pan-sear the King Oyster Mushrooms until golden in both sides, then add soy sauce, sugar and a but of water, simmer for awhile and remove them from the pan. 6. Slightly sauté the Goji Berries, then add the sauce mixture, simmer for awhile until the sauce is thickened, drizzle the sauce on the cooked King Oyster Mushrooms and Broccoli, and serve.
