At number two is the issue of PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT. If people are the most important asset of an organization, then why are people also the source of most frustration and stress? Although people development programs seem to be the obvious answer to getting the "maximized return" on your employee's potential, there are three fundamental factors which ought to be in place first as the foundation to any meaningful development efforts. (1) Basic Needs. (2) Individual Needs. (3) Teamwork Needs. The three needs above - if intentionally addressed, leads to the creation of an engaged workforce.
