Air Force Lt. Gen. Robert J. Skinner, Defense Information Systems Agency director and Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Network commander, delivered the keynote address at the Department of the Air Force Information Technology and Cyberpower 2022 conference held in Montgomery, Alabama on Aug. 29. Skinner's remarks begin one minute and fourteen seconds into the recording.
