04 DESPERATE CRIMINALS NABBED BY THE STAFF OF POLICE STATION GEETA COLONY, DELHI. BLIND MURDER CASE WORKED OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS. CASE WORKED OUT AFTER METICULOUS CCTV ANALYSIS AND INVESTIGATION. CLOTHES WORN BY ALL THE ACCCUSED PERSONS AT THE TIME OF COMMISSION OF O The team of PS Geeta Colony arrested 04 desperate criminals namely (1) Yash S/o Anil Kumar r/o H. No. 27A, Gali No.11, New Lahore, Shastri Nagar, Delhi, Age-24 Years, (2 ) Rahul Tiwari s/o Hari Shankar Tiwari r/o H.No. E-33, Rani Garden, Delhi, Age-23 Years, (3) Sonu @ Pankaj s/o Bechan Kumar r/o H. No. 186, New Lahore, Shastri Nagar, Delhi, Age-22 Years, and (4) Chandu @ Chander Prakash s/o Latoori Singh r/o H. No. 199, Gali No.5, New Lahore, Shastri Nagar, Delhi, Age-24 Years in a murder case. In this regard a case FIR No. 567/23, Dated-24.09.2023, u/s 302/34 IPC was registered in PS Geeta Colony, Delhi. INCIDENT, TEAM & OPERATION: On the intervening night of 23/24-09-2023, at about 12.17 AM a PCR Call regarding quarrel near Moolchand Dispensary, New Lahore, Geeta Colony was received at P.S. Geeta Colony. PCR staff and Local police responded instantly and reached at the spot. PCR Van removed the injured to SDN hospital immediately. IO/SI Satender along with staff reached SDN Hospital wherein the injured was declared brought dead by the doctor vide MLC No. 1468/2023. No details of identity of the deceased was mentioned in the MLC. In view of the challenging situation, a team of dedicated staff comprising Insp. Shashi Kant, ASI Kuldeep Singh, HC Himanshu, HC Arun, HC Neeraj, and Ct. Kamlesh was constituted under the leadership of Insp. Satyawan, SHO/Geeta Colony and under the overall supervision of Ms. Chander Kanta, ACP/Gandhi Nagar. The team developed local information through which the victim was identified as Rehbar S/o Mohd Nazir R/o H. No. 21-C, 3rd Floor, Gali No.1, New Ganesh Park, Rasheed market, Jagatpuri,Yash and Rahul Tiwari were apprehended from under Flyover, SDM Office, Shastri Nagar, Delhi and subsequently remaining two accused Sonu @ Pankaj and Chandu @ Chander Parkash were also apprehended. INTERROGATION: During interrogation it was revealed by Yash S/o Anil Kumar R/o H. No. 27A, Gali No.11, New Lahore, Shastri Nagar, Delhi, Age-24 Years has a group of friends comprising Rahul Tiwari S/o Hari Shankar Tiwari R/o H. No. E-33, Rani Garden, Delhi, Age-23 Years, (3) Sonu @ Pankaj S/o Bechan Kumar R/o H. No. 186, New Lahore, Shastri Nagar, Delhi, Age-22 Years, and (4) Chandu @ Chander Parakash S/o Latoori Singh R/o H. No. 199, Gali No.5, New Lahore, Shastri Nagar, Delhi, Age-24 Years. Yash further disclosed that one of his friends namely Rahees residing in Jhuggi Chitra Vihar Delhi, had monetary dispute with deceased Rehbar. He further disclosed that one of his cousin sister “Y” had friendship with deceased Rehbar. Over the monetary dispute and relationship with his cousin sister he along with his friends had quarrel with deceased Rehbar about 1 and half months ago. On the night of 24.09.2023 while accused were roaming near Moolchand Dispensary, New Lahore, Geeta Colony. Accused Yash saw deceased Rehbar roaming there. Yash along with his associates Rahul Tiwari, Sonu @ Pankaj and Chandu @ Chander caught deceased Rehbar and with the intention to kill him, they hit deceased Rehbar with kicks, blows and punches. When the deceased got unconscious, they fled away and hid themselves in secret hideouts. At the instance of accused Yash and Rahul Tiwari, another accused person namely Sonu @ Pankaj s/o Bechan Kumar r/o H. No. 186, New Lahore, Shastri Nagar, Delhi, Age-22 Years, and Chandu @ Chander Parkash s/o Latoori Singh r/o H. No. 199, Gali No.5, New Lahore, Shastri Nagar, Delhi, Age-24 Years were also arrested from their secret hideouts. The clothes worn by the accused at the time of commission of offence were recovered and taken into police custody. Thus, the beat staff with the help of local criminal intelligence, cracked the case within a record time of 24 hours. PROFILE 1. Accused Yash S/o Anil Kumar R/o H. No. 27A, Gali No.11, New Lahore, Shastri Nagar, Delhi, Age-24 Years, belongs to lower strata of society. He has studied up to 10th class and is doing pvt job at a Tour & Travel office in Lalita Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. He is previously involved in FIR No. 108/19, U/s-307/34 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act, P.S. Geeta Colony. 2. Accused Rahul Tiwari S/o Hari Shankar Tiwari R/o H.No. E-33, Rani Garden, Delhi, Age-23 Years, belongs to middle strata of society. He has studied up to 8th class and doing pvt job at the office of Property dealing with his own uncle in local area. He is previously involved in FIR No. 108/19, U/s-307/34 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act, P.S. Geet 3. Accused Sonu @ Pankaj S/o Bechan Kumar R/o H.
