There are also more videos of Apache Leaders, Chiefs & Elders in this channel. --------------------------------------------------- Naiche was born into the Chokonen Band of Chiricahua Apache, around 1857 and he was the second son of Chief Cochise and Dostehseh, Cochise’s first and principal wife. Dostehseh was daughter of the great Warm Spring/Mimbreño Chief Mangas Coloradas. In the 1880s, Chief Naiche and Geronimo successfully, went to war together. Though Naiche was the Hereditary Chief of the Chiricahua Apache, Geronimo (appointed War Chief) was viewed as the greater leader and Naiche followed him, during these campaigns. ------------ I claim no ownership of any of the clips, video, music and words expressed in this video...and employ my borrowing of them with much respect and thanks.
