The YaarAnād Virtual Baiṭhak Series marks the 400th birth anniversary of Gurū Teg Bahādur, the ninth gurū of the Sikhs and the unparalleled martyr in history, for he sacrificed his life to protect a faith he did not practice, the Hindū Dharmā. Giving his life to safeguard the Hindu Tilaka and Janēū, the ninth heir of Gurū Nānak embodied a fearless commitment to the freedom to choose and practice one’s own faith.
