Disclaimer: I hope this video doesn't come as me being a show-off for not having some issues other users are having, I'm just sharing my personal experience. My intention for making this video is to show you that the TH doesn't need to be perfectly level and completely isolated from devices when performing calibrations. If your Typhoon H has drifting or toilet bowling issues then perhaps this video can help you determine if your unit has a different problem other than calibration issues. I feel like there's some paranoia being spread about how perfectly level the H has to be when calibrating accelerometer, and how you should put your cell phone and car keys away before calibrating the compass. My intention when I did this video was only to document my calibration process without taking into consideration those factors and share with you how it doesn't affect the the flight, at least on my unit. Also, it is possible fly the H below the take off altitude reading; if your unit hovers and stops descending, perhaps it has a different issue other than the altitude reading on the ST16. I have close to zero experience with drones, this being my very first drone. This video is merely informational. Greetings!
