(EN) Una muestra más en el capítulo de reparaciones de trasplantes, entidad cada vez más frecuente en nuestra práctica diaria. Vimos por primera vez a este paciente en 2016, con 32 años y antecedentes de 1 cirugía por técnica FUT hace 11 años. En tratamiento con finasteride hace 14 años. Piel con características fibróticas, se programa una primera intervención con la finalidad de reparar sólo la zona frontal . Donante con las siguientes características: ·Temporal: 56 µm de pelo; 67 UF/cm2; 176 pelos/cm2; 2,63 pelos/UF; CV de 9,86. · Parietal: 59 µm; 87 UF/cm2; 233 pelos/cm2; 2,68 pelos/UF; CV de 13,75. · Occipital: 59 µm; 75 UF/cm2; 199 pelos/cm2; 2,49 pelos/UF; CV de 11,74 . TDA (área donante total) de 207 cm2 y TDC (capacidad donante total) de 8.776 grafts (a 2,60 pelos/graft). TDHC= 22.796 pelos. Se extraen 2555 grafts (6273 pelos ) para restaurar 58 cm2 de frontal (44-53 grafts/cm2), a una media de 2,46 pelos/graft con punch de 0.85 mm. Cirugía difícil por la fibrosis mencionada en la zona receptora (popping/bleeding). Desglose: I-279; II-1024; III-1070; IV-174; V-8. A los 11 meses presenta mejoría de la zona tratada aunque sin cobertura total sobre todo en la zona media. 4 años tarda el paciente en volver a quirófano con la idea de restaurar frontal y reforzar frontal. Donante con las siguientes características: ·Temporal: 57 micras de pelo; 57 UF/cm2; 133 pelos/cm2; 2,33 pelos/UF; CV de 7,69 · Parietal: 59 micras; 77 UF/cm2; 154 pelos/cm2; 2.00 pelos/UF; CV de 10,10 · Occipital: 59 micras; 78 UF/cm2; 172 pelos/cm2; 2,21 pelos/UF; CV de 10,30 . TDA (área donante total) de 207 cm2 y TDC (capacidad donante total) de 5.693 grafts (a 2,18 pelos/graft). TDHC= 12.408 pelos. Se extraen 2001 grafts (5064 pelos ) para restaurar 37 cm2 de coronilla (11-13 graft/cm2) y 61 cm2 de frontal (26-34 graft/cm2), a una media de 2,53 pelos/graft con punch de 0.9 mm. Desglose: I-155; II-771; III-938; IV-132; V-5. Se presenta video a los 10 meses de su segunda intervención con mejoría en la cobertura de las zonas tratadas.
