If you are an individual who receives either Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) or care for someone that does, you may have received notices from Social Security that you have received monthly benefits in excess of what the law permits. This is called an overpayment. Such overpayments may or may not be accurate or legitimate. A social security recipient can appeal overpayments and this webinar will show you how.
