The EPCOT Food and Wine Festival 2023 is a celebration of global cuisine and culture that runs from July 27 to November 18, 2023 with offerings for vegan disney world foodies and also not vegan disney food lovers. It has since grown to a 62-day event with more than 25 marketplaces in 2023. The festival features more than 300 national and international wines, as well as more than 50 wineries and breweries. The EPCOT Food and Wine festival requires more than 100 chefs and 160 culinary staff to prepare the food, as well as more than 1,200 food and beverage cast members to serve the guests.
