This is my review for the Sailor Moon costumes from Leg Avenue and Party City along with the wig, part of the costume that just released this year! The Leg Avenue one originally released from Hot Topic but you can find it on various websites for resale. The Party City one can be found on PartyCity.com... unless it's sold out. Officially licensed costumes priced at around $40 USD with a bonus licensed wig being around $30. Other non licensed shoes can be purchased along with other officially licensed 'props'.
