O God of eternal truth, whose Spirit bears witness within us, we adore You and thank You for the gift of faith that overcomes the world. As Saint John proclaims today, the true victor is the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. He came by water and blood, not by water alone, but with the testimony of the Spirit, granting us eternal life through belief in His name. Strengthen our faith, O Lord, that we may hold fast to this divine witness and receive the life You promise to those who trust in Your Son. Lord Jesus Christ, compassionate healer, You saw the leper kneeling before You, pleading, “If you wish, you can make me clean.” Moved with pity, You stretched out Your hand, touched him, and said, “I do will it. Be made clean.” Immediately the leprosy left him, and he was restored. In Your divine power and mercy, You cleanse not only bodies but souls from the leprosy of sin. Touch us now, O Savior, in our hidden wounds—our doubts, impurities, and afflictions. Heal us with Your word of authority, making us whole to proclaim Your goodness. Holy Spirit, eternal witness to the Son, testify within our hearts that we are children of God. Inspire us to believe firmly, to live victoriously over worldly temptations, and to bear witness to Christ’s saving power. In this Epiphany season, reveal Jesus anew as the light who conquers darkness. Triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, grant us unwavering faith in the testimony You have given about Your Son. May we overcome the world through belief, receive eternal life, and extend Your healing mercy to others. We ask this through Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You forever.
