Mix everything in a larger bowl and create a sticky dough. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Put aside under a towel for half an hour. Flatten the dough on a floured Surface to 2-3 millimeters and cut diamond (rombus) shapes (or whatever you prefer). Cut a little hole in the middle of the bigger ones.
