Hello guys!! 🙋🏻 If you're new to my channel well welcome, my name is Gloria and I'm a two time former Cast Member from Walt Disney World, Orlando, FL. My mission in this channel is to help you become the best Cast Member you can possibly be, and also fully enjoy your time at Disney as a CM. In this video I tell you guys a little bit more about what are the roles you can perform in a DCP or ICP (Disney College Program or an Internacional College Program) and what are some of the Pros and Cons to each of those. I personally have been Quick Service Food & Beverage during my first program and Merchandise in my second program, so I have personal experience on those two roles.
