After the unprecedented success of last year’s “The Greatest School” video, created by Mr. Moody’s sociology class, the hat was then handed down to Ms. Betsch’s theatre program; students went the root of theatre that ties us together as humans: to tell a story. At Mary G. Montgomery High School we’re a hodge-podge of eclectic young adults, athletes, theatre kids, nerds and weirdos. We love our football, we cram for calculus tests, we pass notes in the hallway and we share lunches out on the courtyard. We are a beautiful mix of what makes MGM. In the words of our principal, “We are the best high school in the Mobile County Public School System!” We hope this video shows you that it doesn’t matter if you're famous: The most beautiful thing about life is having the chance to show your individual story, and how universal that message is.
