Weird Pairings with the Maille Mustard Sommelier

There is a mustard sommelier on the Upper West Side. Yup, that's right, a mustard sommelier. Her name is Pierette Huttner, and she is employed by the traditional French Dijon mustard producer Maille to guide consumers to pair food with some of the more than 25 different mustards available in the Maille store. Honest Cooking Magazine decided to go there and put Ms Huttner to the test - we wanted to find out which mustard pairs perfectly with things like hot dogs and, well, a few other things.
