Once you have the movement of the Nagashe Uke down, you can catch your partner's wrist and turn it into a shoulder lock capable of taking them to the ground or absolutely destroying the joint. Watch the video thoroughly for the necessary details, practice the movements slowly. (if using a partner) in order to not hurt them. Be smart about how you apply this on a partner. If your partner is healthy/capable, still show caution and be sure to teach them how to fall safely before taking them down. If they shouldn't be hitting the ground, you can slowly go through the motions to practice the grips and positioning. You can also teach them how to do the move (you need to know it to teach it right? Still good practice) and have them do it to you. Whatever prevents injury.
