I'm a little bit too late for Cirno day, but here are all scenes with Cirno from the Touhou anime. I just took the whole anime and cut out all frames where Cirno is not seen. I didn't include openings and endings though. I had to reupload it because there was a scene missing, thanks Chris Haddock for finding it. I had to upscale this to 1440p to make sure that YouTube uses the vp9 codec for better video quality!
