Lucknowi Biryani (Awadhi biryani is generally made in the Awadhi style.The cuisine has been greatly influenced by Mughal cooking techniques, and the cuisine of Lucknow bears similarities to those of Central Asia, Kashmir, Punjab and Hyderabad.
