The falls are incredible in summer, but I would argue they are even more captivating during winter when the falls freeze into breathtaking ice formations! Johnston Canyon is an easy - moderate hike making it accessible for many visitors to the National Park. It is also a popular photography spot and in a great area for wildlife viewing! ❄️ Winter-Specific Tips: Planning a winter trek? No problem! Winter is my favourite time to visit this canyon.
