Hey lovelies. I have 8 blocks here for you, the 4 with the coloured powders are Body Power chalks and the 4 underneath are BSN. I’m sorry I’m not as active as usual guys I’m juggling so many things at the moment, I’m just hoping for more time to create and record🥰... My brain and body have been begging for some alone time and I’ve been indulging. I’m a bit of a control freak and workaholic, it’s took me years to realise that taking some time for myself means “me too” and not “me first!” Saying yes to others isn’t much good if we keep saying no to ourselves.. My social life is pretty nonexistent at the moment, like many others, I’m absolutely not complaining, it just makes me extra grateful for you guys. Isn’t it strange how we haven’t heard each others laugh or seen each others smiles but you can feel someone’s heart and vibe, some of us are thousands of miles away and it feels like you’re right by my side!
