[email protected] Hello and welcome back, today I’m going to show you how easy it is to make Barbacoa at home. This is my go-to recipe; I think everyone raves about this recipe because it has an underground meat pit resemblance. It’s tender, juicy, melts in your mouth, and bursting with flavors. Most of the time, I pair this recipe with a salsa verde, but in today's recipe, I’m sharing a roasted salsa roja that is perfect for everything. Dip it, smother it, or just lean back and let me feed you King-style salsa, LOL, you're warned, Corazón. You’ll be asked to make this again and again, and they'll be devoured in seconds 🤭 I get asked often to make long videos, hope you enjoyed this one as much as I did making it with you. I know we all have a lot going on, and the time you spend with us doesn’t go unnoticed. We truly value and appreciate each and every one of you. I hope you have a memorable weekend. Thank you for being you. Con amor ❤️ Steph & Cloud This recipe seasoning style is good for 8 to 10 pounds of beef 5 pounds of chuck 3 pounds of beef cheek Season beef with: 1 tsp salt,1/2 Tbsp black pepper, 1 Tbsp Mexican oregano And set it to the side Next blend 2 bay leaves 4 to 6 garlic cloves 1 large onion 2 Caribbean peppers or jalapeño 2 green onions, 2 Anaheim peppers 2 cups of water 1/2 Tbsp salt 1 Tbsp Mexican oregano 4 cloves of spice 1 Tbsp of coriander (1 tsp if you aren’t crazy about it) 3 chiles de arbol And blend until smooth Spice containers: https://amzn.to/3Hxae9r Pressure cook 1 hour, release the steam carefully, press cancel, then press the slow cook button and set for two hours *once you release the pressure, open the lid and remove 2 cups of broth.
