Palitaw Glutinous Rice Flour | Meryendang pinoy recipe pang negosyo

Palitaw (glutinous rice flour) is a sweet flat rice cake that is eaten as a snack or dessert. This is made by simply mixing glutinous rice flour and water until a dough is formed. The flattened dough are cooked in boiling water until they float, hence the name Palitaw (from Tagalog word "Litaw" which means "float" or "rise" to surface) Palitaw Recipe: 2 ¼ cups glutinous rice flour 1 cup water ⅓ cup granulated sugar ⅓ cup toasted sesame seeds 1 cup grated coconut -------------------- I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
