Neue Version:    • Verstopfungen in Einblasschläuchen absauge...   Häufiges Problem bei der Kerndämmung und anderen Einblasverfahren ist, dass der Einblasschlauch verstopft an der Einblasdüse. Dies ist auf die Materialeigenschaften und Korrekturbedarf in den Maschineneinstellungen zurückzuführen. Mittels einer pneumatischen Flockenweiche und einem Saugfass von X-Floc ist es möglich den Einblasschlauch von Einblasen auf Absaugen umzustellen. Die Flockenweiche hat eine Funkfernsteuerung. Die Verstopfung wird so gelöst und in das Saugfass transportiert. Die Ansaugluft kann mit den Einblasmaschinen M99, EM300, EM400 und EM500 direkt geholt werden. This can be traced back to material properties and correction demand in the machine settings. With a pneumatic fibre switch and a suction drum from X-Floc you can switch injection hose between blow-in and suction/aspiration mode. The fibre switch has a remote control. The blockage can be solved and wil be transported in the suction drum. The aspiration air can be taken directly from the insulation blowing machines M99, EM300, EM400 and EM500.
