Introducing Incoming SJU Students to Inclusion and Diversity

Leaning Into New Experiences and Situations (L.I.N.E.S.) is a monologue-based performance inspired by real Saint Joseph's University student experiences dealing with issues of identity, multiculturalism, diversity, inclusion and equality. This presentation introduces incoming college students to these issues during their orientation. L.I.N.E.S. familiarizes new students with the discussions and situations that are part of living in a diverse society. The monologues are inspired by real student experiences. The hope of this performance is that it will make students think, make them react and provide a space for students to have a real dialogue about diversity on campus.
