This comes after the French online investigative and opinion journal Mediapart published an Article stating that during the Genocide Perpetrated against Tutsis, French Soldiers implementing Operation Turquoise were ordered by their Government to shield Genocide Suspects and allow them to flee to what used to be Zaire.
