The EOS 28mm 2.8 EF lens is an outstanding lens so I thought it would be a perfect candidate for me to hack. I found one damaged and very cheap so it was time to put it under the knife. The results turned out Very well! The project was done with a 2 inch boot by Shock Mate SA1997 29-84086 to function as a bellows. The rubber is the perfect thickness and works perfectly. This is the same boot that also is used in the 50mm I previously done. Watch the 4 videos before you attempt building the lens because there are some things I change along the way so you don't want to have to redo some parts.
