Rabri Sheer is a version of Sheer Khurma with more cream and richness. Make this traditional dessert on Eid and win hearts! :) here's how you can make it👇 Step#1: Prepare 'Rabri' Take 1 ltr full fat milk, boil it on high flame separating the cream to the corners of wok. When milk completely evaporates, add 2 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp of green cardamom powder Scrap the cream off the wok and mix it together. Step#2: Prepare Almond Coconut Paste. Take 12 almonds (soaked & peeled), 6 tbsp coconut powder, half cup milk and blend together to a thick paste Step#3: Roasting Vermicelli Take 1 tbsp oil. Add 1 cup Vermicelli and roast it on low flame untill it turns dark brown. Step#4: Prepare Sheer: Take 1/3 cup oil. Add 6 green cardamom (crushed). Add the Almond Coconut Paste. cook that on low flame for 3 mins. Add 1 ltr milk and 3/4 cup sugar. Cook on high flame for 10 mins. Now add roasted Vermicelli, some crushed almonds (soaked & peeledl), some crushed pistachios. Cook on high flame for further 5 mins. Now turn off the stove, let the dessert be cool then add the prepared Rabri. Mix it gently. Best to serve chilled..!
