Take the subway (small rail train) to Terminal C 4. Take the elevator to INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS (the button actually said that) 5. Arrive early 6. The actual interview only takes like 3 mins plus a couple of minutes to have your picture taken and all ten fingers fingerprinted.
