One is using the Ecamm Live PDF feature. Second was to have Keynote Running On An Ipad. Third was to run keynote on the mac and using NDI Scan Converter to pull in the screen into Ecamm Live. Methods 2 and 3 both had some slight colour issues, if used in conjunction with green screen. The forth method was only for those already using green screen in their productions, whereby you replace the slide background in keynote with your normal production green screen background.... a bit of a hack, but it can give better results. We also looked at how you could use a remote presenter to advance your slides...
