Making a Sushi Platter while Teardrop Camping

The picnic table, propane stove, a cooking pot, cutting board, sushi mat and utensils was all Ben needed to make this Sushi Platter while we were camping in our Little Guy Mini Max Teardrop Trailer at Living Forest Campground in Nanaimo, BC. The inspiration for the sushi was a whole pink salmon that we picked up for $10 CAD. With the leftovers we had really tasty fish and chips and fresh salad spring rolls!! It was all so good. We hope this gives you some inspiration for cooking on your camping trips, or at home! Ben and I purchased our Little Guy Mini Max teardrop trailer in June of 2020 and have been exploring around Vancouver Island since then.
