Here's an S0R1 Galbrena Mono Fusion (Brant Lupa) speedrun showcase on the new tower! S0R1 Galbrena | S0R1 Brant | S0R1 Lupa hii, some thoughts down below! this is honestly showcasing one of galbrena's weakest points - she has difficulty frontloading all of her damage like changli and brant can do! for reference, the fastest old mono fusion team time on this floor is about late 10s so far. galbrena sees more value once the boss is a bit tankier (i was struggling to even get sub22s with everything critting on the old mono fusion last toa whilst i could consistently get 22s-25s each retry with galbrena's mono fusion with potential for lower) with faster inputs this is 13s and different pathing/more emphasis on brant (i swap out of his anchor to do more galbrena attacks here) can probably 12s~? we will see in the upcoming days (but i'm way too lazy to retry for this - i'd rather move on to showing middle tower stuff / other teams now / whiwa !) i wanted to upload this mainly as a proof of concept rather than actual speedrun speed. for this team, i have to jump through a ton of hoops to try and get galbrena's demon form up in time - outside of her demon form, she doesn't have many skills that linger on the field too long. this means if you swap to her mid-air it's very hard to generate any actual forte for her. so, i like to liberation mid-air to put her on the ground, and try my best to get as many grounded basics as possible whilst lupa and brant are doing their thing mid-air. whilst it's a bit tricky it was fun to figure out! honestly if i have to compare galbrena's mono fusion teams difficulty-wise i'd say the simplest is brant galbrena lupa (very simple 123 rotation and has sustain) then anything intermediate with swaps, changli galbrena lupa will likely feel better whilst brant galbrena lupa when swapping a ton feels pretty tight in general though strength-wise i think both teams are very close to each other! transcript in the comments! i can talk a lot more about my thoughts but let me know if you have any questions!! thanks for reading!
