This has to be the best day of my life! Meeting Gerard Way! he was so so lovely! I thank him for taking his time out to speak to us and take pictures with us! This is a video of myself and some friends I made during the adventure of meeting Gerard I am the girl with the blonde fringe :3 We went up to Rhayader in Wales to a certain hotel he was staying at for a couple of days. Me and my dad drove up hardly expected to meet him because he put up a post saying it was his last day in wales so we thought shit he might of already left.. we left at about 2 and arrived there about half 4 and I went into a pub and asked this lady if there was any celebrities staying in the town lately and she said she doesn't know then I said Gerard way but she didn't know who he was but then this young guy overheard and he said he would find out for me but couldn't get a connection on his phone but they then said if there was someone famous staying in the area he would be staying in the Ty morgan hotel so we went there and I went up to the bartender and he said oh yes we have that guy from the my chemical doobieda? i was like omg and he said that gerard hadn't checked out yet but he's at the recording studio at the moment and should be back at 9 and i was like awwh okay and he grabbed a picture of a selfie gerard took of himself which was printed out at the back of the bar and it was one gerard handed into them and he gave it to me which I later got signed xD.. so some fans came and we made friends i made so many friends omg they were so lovely and we got kicked out of the pub and waited for 5 hours in these girls car blasting mcr and a few hours later gerard gets out of this car and is walking to the hotel and the fucking child lock was on in the car and i was like omfg no but it was a laugh then we just panicked and ran out to him.. he was so lovely.. he gave his time and patience to everyone.. he said he loves my guitar it's a really nice guitar so he signed it and signed that picture of him I hugged him and took pictures and I gave him my blue specs which I hope to see him wearing in future selfies! 21/02/14
