First off...yeah this video sucks, sorry if you clicked here expecting something better. This video was originally done for a Craigslist ad just a quick selling thing, wasn't really meant to be anything more. But now it has 52k views for some reason so I am updating the description. I am leaving it up due to the fact that this dishwasher was/is crap and I'm sticking it to them with some bad publicity. Please read on... :) In short, I would never buy a Samsung appliance again. I hate everything Samsung right now. To go in a bit more detail, I have worked in appliance repair in the past and I know my stuff. This dishwasher was a shame to the name of dishwashers. It cost a ton at $750, never cleaned correctly, and had terrible problems from the most basic parts. The drain line cracked for no other reason then sitting there. The door latch broke. It would never clean. This was among 3 appliances that we purchased. The others were a Samsung microwave and a Samsung Range. All which I had to repair at least twice. Also, their warranty and service is crap with only 1 year of support. Don't assume that spending more money gets you a better product. P.S. Contact me Samsung, I am sure we can work out something with some compensation for the $750 that I wasted on your product. ;)
