The original version of this font started as a custom Anakin. However it started to feel more like the Skywalker saber from episode 7. With beefed up swings and a crunchy ignition. I then decided to call this font Awoken (A play on The Force Awakens), and create a tandem font called Rage, inspired by Kylo’s saber. And putting the names together made for a great font bundle. They are not completely accurate to the sound in the movies but are heavily inspired by them. I added my own custom twist to both of them to make them feel more personal to each character’s saber. Keep in mind I dislike the sequels, so these fonts purely focus on the sound and visuals captured in the Disney movies, rather than the story.
