My initial testing indicates that the 3.5mm output can not be set to a line level signal. The max is 0db. Also, to power by USB you will need a powerful wall charger or computer that puts out enough power via USB-C. The included cable will not power the device when plugged into two standard USB power sources. You must have a powerful USB-C power source.
